All of our baked goods are made daily from scratch with the finest, freshest ingredients.
We mill our own wheat flour for our whole wheat products and use an unbleached,
untreated white flour white flour for everything else. We use canola oil and real butter.
We
NEVER use
hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup or preservatives! Our breads contain local, raw honey!
